UN to return to Burundi
The United Nations says it intends to resume distributing food aid in Burundi five weeks after is suspended operations there.
The UN halted its work in Burundi after a World Food Programme official and a director of the UN's Children Fund were shot dead while visiting a refugee camp in the south of the country.
The Burundi government blamed rebels for the attack.
The UN said it had now reached agreement with private aid organisations to distribute food supplies at government camps.
The UN said it was waiting for sufficient security guarantees before a full-scale return to Burundi.
