Britain urges new aid effort in southern Sudan

 | Clare Short - "monstrous evil" | The British Minister for International Development, Clare Short, accused the Sudan government of deliberately inflicting starvation on some three-hundred-and-fifty-thousand people in the south of the country.
Speaking in a BBC interview, she said it was a monstrous evil.
